Shipping information

The shipping fee may vary by the value of your order.

  • Standard shipping rate (for orders under $29): $4.93
  • Free standard shipping rate(for orders over $29): Free.

Due to COVID-19, standard shipping service is temporarily not available for some destination countries.

  • US/Canada: Expect all purchases to arrive within 10-15 business days
  • International: Expect all purchases to arrive within 10-25 business days

Art music box team process all orders in USD, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

*With COVID-19 situation our shipping might be delayed due to some of the transit country or destination country are in a lockdown situation. Please kindly be patient waiting for your purchase and feel free to reach us anytime to track your order. We will do our best to deliver your purchase as soon as possible.

*International Orders: Shipping to some slow-to-ship countries such as Mexico, Ukraine, Kuwait, Argentina, Peru, Chile, India, Costa Rica, Paraguay, Uruguay, Guatemala, or Honduras can take up to 10 weeks. Your understanding and patience is greatly appreciated. 

*If your order comes back to us due to an insufficient address or the order had been held at your local postal office and you didn't claim the package at the end of given period, there will be a US$9.99 fee deducted from the refund to cover our cost of shipping and processing the order and the shipping charge is non-refundable.

*If your order is lost due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we cannot give you a refund and we are not responsible for replacing the product. 

How can I pay for my order?

Art music box accepts the following forms of payment: Debit card, Credit card including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal.

We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us. All orders are charged in U.S. dollars. Conversion rates will vary depending upon your bank and debit/credit card company. Please contact your bank or debit/credit card company directly with questions regarding conversion rates and fees. 

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2-5 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped on holidays or Sundays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Due to high demand for some of our most popular products, shipping times may take longer than the estimates above. 

Do you accept returns?

We are happy to assist you with returns subject to following criteria:

  • In case we send a wrong or defective item we will accept return. If your item is faulty, please email us at artmusicbox@yahoo.com to arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Return request should be raised within 15 business days of receipt. We will not be able to offer a refund for any orders that exceed the 15 business day refund period.
  • Products should be unused with all the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the products.
  • Product should reach us in sellable condition.
  • We do not give a full refund if you entered a wrong shipping address, please kindly understand that all orders are processed immediately and ship out the same day or few days after.

Reach us at artmusicbox@yahoo.com with your order details, and we shall revert back to you at the earliest with the details of return/refund process. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Why didn't all my items ship together?

If your order contains a variety of products, your items may be split up into multiple shipments and shipped at different times (Rest assured, you are only charged one combined shipping fee for all the items in your order).

Where possible, any items shipped from the same location will be combined into a single shipment. Art music box strive to deliver the best products with the affordable price to your hand as fast as we can. 

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email. Please click on "track your order" in a shipping confirmation email, it will show your order detail and tracking number. 

Shipment status shows my package was delivered, but I didn't receive my package. What should I do?

If the tracking information says it was delivered to the shipping address, please contact your local post office/local carrier to track down the lost package. Art music box is not responsible the cost of missing or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the shipping company to locate your lost package.
